RESOURCES
The Victim-Witness Assistance Program is a free and vital resource for our community. This program provides a variety of services to crime victims, witnesses and their families. These free services include case information, court orientation and preparation, referrals to community agencies and assistance with applying for financial compensation.

INFORMATION
The Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit covers four counties in Northwest Georgia - Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade and Walker Counties. The Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office prosecutes felony cases in Catoosa, Chattooga and Walker Counties. In Dade County, the office prosecutes felony and misdemeanor cases. The Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office is responsible for prosecuting juveniles for criminal offenses in all four counties.

The Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office represents the people of the State of Georgia as the top prosecutor for state crimes in the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit including Dade, Catoosa, Chattooga and Walker counties.
